3rd Transnational Project Meeting in Krakow

On November 7-8, 2024, the partners of the AISS project gathered for the 3rd Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) at the Pontifical University of John Paul II (UPJPII) in Krakow, Poland. Representatives from Florida Universitària (Spain), Kaunas University of Technology (Lithuania), the University of Bayreuth (Germany), and the hosting institution UPJPII participated in the discussions.

The meeting focused on reviewing the progress of key project components:

  • WP3 Virtual Assistant (KTU): Partners discussed the current implementation of chatbot scenarios and set a deadline for the completion of pending work.
  • WP4 Development of a Toolbox (University of Bayreuth): Updates were presented on the framework for digital transformation, with agreements on further contributions and dissemination strategies.
  • WP5 Redesign of the Multimedia Study Programme (KTU): A shared course template and the use of AI tools for content enhancement were agreed upon. Additionally, the creation of short educational videos was planned.
  • WP6 Dissemination (Florida Universitària): The consortium reviewed ongoing dissemination efforts, including social media strategies and upcoming events.

The meeting concluded with a Steering Committee session, ensuring quality assurance and alignment with project goals. The next steps include an online meeting on December 10 and the next TPM in Bayreuth in June 2025.
