2nd consortium meeting at Kaunas

The partners of the consortium participated in the second face-to-face meeting of the ISSA project that took place in Kaunas (Lithuania) on May 2024. 

The following topics were discussed at the meeting: 

– The work on the compendium of AI solutions for Higher Education was reviewed. This compendium includes the compilation of the state of the art of 16 practices identified and applied in the countries participating in the project and will serve as a didactic tool for faculty wishing to create and implement their own AI-based teaching scenarios.   

– The following activities to be developed by each partner were reviewed and agreed.  The start of the work package in which a virtual assistant will be developed and in which four scenarios with chatbots are foreseen: guidance and support for courses, support with content, assessment and support in individual tasks. The meeting presented the criteria for each scenario in terms of the objectives of each chatbot, the technology to be used, the target audience, benefits, availability 

– Part of the time was devoted to the work package for the redesign of the training programme, which will consist of four training modules related to digital video and image content.  

– Finally, the dissemination materials developed were reviewed and the financial and management update of the project was presented. 

The next face-to-face meeting will take place in Krakow, Poland, in November 2024.
